Warranty & Returns

Celyora offers a 30-day warranty after delivery on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return request through our contact page or send us an email at contact@celyora.com.

General terms and conditions of refunds:

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange (please see partial refunds). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in the original packaging (please see partial refunds).

Missing items:

Refunds will not be accepted if the reason is a "missing item" that is not listed as included in the purchase. All items included in each purchase are correctly listed in the description.

Return process:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process may take up to 7 business days after the product arrives. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within 3-5 business days.

Incorrect addresses:

If the address provided by the customer is incorrect and the product is returned to the sender, the following rules apply:

  • Replacement: The customer will receive an invoice with additional shipping costs.
  • Refund: The cost of the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refusal of receipt:

If the customer refuses to receive the product and the product has arrived at our warehouse, the cost of the original shipment will be deducted from your refund.

Defective Items:

If your items are defective and stop working before the 30-day refund period, you must send us a photo/video of the defect. If you decline, your refund will be subject to the following values:

  • Items returned with unopened boxes: 100% of the amount refunded.
  • Items returned with open boxes: 85% of the amount refunded due to restocking costs.

Partial or rejected refund situations:

  • Items damaged, not in the original packaging, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@celyora.com.

Exchanges:

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@celyora.com.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or was damaged in transit. In this case, you must send us a photo/video of the damage to receive a prepaid shipping label.
